I'm really glad Toronto is upping it game on the Waterfront. The fact that people are using this public place makes all the effort worth it.

Owners of any building should keep up with maintenance anyways. Glad to see heritage getting some love.

Really? I find it very sharp and clean. I think it will look even better when there is more glass.

I just hope Tridel does an outstanding job on this building. A lot of downtown buildings have been getting the love-hate recently. But.. I am just happy that Tridel is a very green developer.
