Toronto Toronto | Sherbourne Common, Canada's Sugar Beach, and the Water's Edge Promenade | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto | Teeple Architects

I'm really glad Toronto is upping it game on the Waterfront. The fact that people are using this public place makes all the effort worth it.

    George Smitherman's Heritage Platform

Owners of any building should keep up with maintenance anyways. Glad to see heritage getting some love.

Why Telework (Working from home) is dangerous to cities.

Suburbs suck. I'm not moving to Toronto to only live in another suburb. If I wanted to live in one... I'd move to Waterloo. Edit: This man is talking about America and suburbs.. Mississauga Celebration Square Redevelopment (CS&P Architects) COMPLETE

At the end of the day... it doesn't really matter. This debate is so pointless. Its that same debate with Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge. At the end of the day YOUR NEIGHBOURS. Toronto is still Toronto and Mississauga is still Mississauga. Toronto will always have the spotlight because.. its...

    Toronto Toronto | First Canadian Place Rejuvenation | 298.08m | 72s | Brookfield | MdeAS Architects

Toronto needs more recladding projects.. I'm sure there are tonnes of buildings we would all love to see have a fresh new look like FCP.

CityPlace: potential tower sw corner of Spadina & Front

I thought Concord was slowing down on the development in this area because of the economy/market.

Waterfront: Portlands Sports Complex (8s?, RDH Architects) DEAD

I think the city (and its children) will survive by having the world's ugliest (I bet it would be) sprawling hockey rink somewhere else.
