the brick is definitely looking good. this part of town will have some good new builds very soon with the ace hotel, waterworks and some new/expanded parks.

While the towers certainly do not turn heads, the courtyard is coming together nicely. There is a decent retail presence there already with a few restos still to come. As mentioned in an earlier post by others, a Great Lakes Brewpub is also coming and will occupy a large portion of the space.

it is small but looks good. from what i can tell it uses good materials and was put together well. the trees are looking good and get good sun. i think it will be very nice and lush when they plant flowers. hopefully soon.

i think this building looks better in person. when complete and lit up, it should be a nice addition to the area.

Checked the bridge out today. The polished concrete came out very good. It feels very open and airy (Hmmm, i think I have been watching too much HGTV). HA Hopefully they can get the elevators working soon so it's accessible to all.
