Article: Toronto In The Future From Churchill Park

The rendering looks great! I can't wait til Toronto finally takes over the title of the third largest city in North America. It's exciting that Toronto is doubling or tripling its significance in size (since it is a major source of power of a city in the global competition). But I hope Toronto...

Article: Hanlan's Point Stadium Remixed With Modern Day Toronto's Skyline

I always thought they should make the island airport the Central Park of Toronto, the first easy-accessible "large park" from the downtown. And, a bridge connects the park to the city can be the first suspension bridge for Toronto.

Article: Ryerson's Student Learning Centre Announced

I normally don't say this to a project in this city but, this one is very nice.

Article: Talon International's Trump International Hotel and Tower Closing In On Bay

I think Trump International Hotel and Tower Toronto really should have been designed as tall as the original design. Fxxlish Donald Trump, with that building height, all the suite facing north will only be able to see people working, partying, and doing possible xxxx at late evening in the...

New 39 Storey Mixed-Use Building Coming To 21 Dundas Square

never, ever thought the two buildings (HNR and Hermant) were historic. This city ,who destroyed the real historic buildings before, now really tries to keep some ga*b*ges ...(never know how to make the right decision?) I would Just demolish the two and ask the great Toronto-born architect...

    steveve's Toronto city model

This is very nice! Why don't you put the urbantoronto tower(450m+ my suggestion) at the south west corner of Yonge and Bloor?:)

Article: Heritage Toronto Mondays on Tuesday: Campbell House

Well, I've learned about Torontonians destroyed a lot of beautiful historic buildings in the city. As a result, this city became one of the most boring cities in North America in terms of historic architecture. Frequently compared with Montreal or New York City, to make it a "poor" city by many...

Trump Tower Toronto Finally Impacting The Skyline

Toronto needs a supertall(at least 400m+)! Seriously! There has been no supertall in the largest city in Canada yet! (if you exclude CN tower as a communication tower)

    Tokyo

Great pics! I would say Tokyo is the most vibrant, dynamic, alive, yet calm, and sofisticated city in the world. I made this conclusion after I finally visited New York City last year. It's actually far more than what the photos show in this thread, just so great to comprehend as one modern city.

    M o n t r é a l

Great pics... And nice comments everyone... I've had many friends from overseas and from the states, and "no one" ever said Toronto is a more beautiful place than Montreal. (the other way was a lot) This is sad as a person living in Toronto, but I'm sure Toronto will gain "money" as it grows...

    North Downtown Continues To Boom

Great! I Hope Toronto keeps growing fast and take over Chicago soon. And my humble wish for Toronto is to become the 2nd largest city in North America next to New York City before the mid of 21 century! :)

Southcore Financial Centre's PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower Coming Close To Completion

According to the rendering(2nd from the bottom), the exterior glass material on the extruded part should be different from the rest. Without that I think the building looks almost too plain and boring. It doesn't even give the impact of pure minimalism, with simply becoming a glass version of...

Our First View of the U of T's Robarts Library Expansion

Jesus Christ... I almost want to go out to protest against this ridiculous addition devastates one side of the monument in my lovely campus.

Urban Capital, Malibu Investments and Alit Developments Preview Tableau Condominiums

Wow, I like that way it's transferring the load from the top. It looks like one of the glass towers everywhere, but the think black plane between the tower part and the bottom structure and the majestic columns make it very special. :) I personally think that they have to get rid of the...
