According to the rendering(2nd from the bottom), the exterior glass material on the extruded part should be different from the rest.
Without that I think the building looks almost too plain and boring. It doesn't even give the impact of pure minimalism, with simply becoming a glass version of one of those 70's boxy buildings.
Makes me even wonder if building a box where people can anyway live and do something inside is the sole purpose of them or not.
