No these two towers are against the hydro corridor (g and j), the next phases will be against finch, but with the pace of this one I wouldnt get my hopes up.

This is right across the street from the Humber River Hospital, current site is a single detached house on over 1 acre, looks like the lot is pretty much all tree covered, hopefully they will work around and save any good trees, but I doubt it based on the rendering.

According to the rendering there will be 3 lanes of traffic each way plus the lrt lanes plus an on ramp and a side walk so I'm guessing there is enough room under the existing bridge so they don't have to make it wider. Which would make sense why they are doing the RBR

I think this is an old design, they are leaving a 32m right of way along Finch for future development.

Don't forget the Albion Centre lol (although to be fair this has been named albion centre for a long time, previously Shoppers World Albion)
