South wall has windows. What will happen when 764 -758 Yonge are redeveloped ?

It took me good 5 min to find "KOTSY" signature on the second picture :)

That reflects the main purpose of CIBC.

    Toronto Toronto | Valhalla Village | 122.09m | 37s | KingSett Capital | BDP Quadrangle

Maneuvering drone between these buildings must be as tricky as walking a plank between them.

Not to mention, these buildings are energy hogs. And retrofitting them would cost a fortune.

    Toronto Toronto | 25 Photography Drive | 165m | 49s | Choice Properties | Giannone Petricone

If this project moves at usual Toronto snail's pace, Black Creek Drive is not in danger to lose its cheapest gas station.

Slightly off topic. Does anyone know what are current plans for 15 and 19 Bloor West, aka H&M store and Scotiabank. Long time ago, this thread mentioned they can become a sister tower to The One.

Ground level does not look like retail. Are they live-work units ? It would be pity to have live-only units at this location.

I'm surprised a back corner is clad in super-expensive glass panels. Not much of a view from inside. Not very visible from the street.

One drone is worth 1000 photographers on the ground.

    Toronto Toronto | 3280 Dufferin | 50.4m | 14s | Topfar Developments | IBI Group

Tiny park is better than no park. Eventually, 3300 Dufferin will be redeveloped, and park will be extended.

Some GTA Aerials by Tim MacDonald (Covid19 induced Boredom)

As a proud Etobian, I'm glad to see Dundas becoming a fully-grown city street. From Humber River to the West Mall. Sky ( and City regulations ) is the limit.

    Toronto Toronto | Valhalla Town Square | 131.36m | 44s | Edilcan | IBI Group

Walkway bridge is convenient if two building share amenities. Nicer than going through garage.

Thank you bangkok for picking up where JasonZed left off.

    Toronto Toronto | Inez Court | 104.25m | 32s | Conservatory Group | Richmond Architects

A naive question : is this a City bluff to force Conservatory Group to go ahead with their development ? If this J-Road is built, City wouldn't need that piece of land and can play really hard ball.

Jasonzed - Jason Zytynsky Tribute and Photography Award

I hope, Jason's photos will be kept for the future. In 20-40-100 years, people will study GTA history by them. Wonderful art now, invaluable documents later. True legacy of true master.

Roads: Six Points Interchange Reconfiguration (City of Toronto, UC)

Look into your crystal balls UT-ers. Will these projects be approved without LPAT ?
