Basically, they're installing multiple pianos (4 or 5 I think?) into different spots around the building. And I think they're trying to match each piano to the ambiance of the space they're in. It's kinda kitschy, but I like it. Shows their attention to detail.

It's hard to tell from the renders alone, but the "black trim" looks a lot like brick to me.

Oh god, this is that really nice brick building, isn't it? I'm not sure how old it is; could it be significant enough (architecturally speaking) to warrant a heritage designation?

It looks good, but it would look better if the brick design continued to ground level IMO.

The building right next to it is more dated than ugly, in my opinion. In fact, in terms of symmetry, colour palette, etc., I'd say it's even quite attractive.

What's with the slight overhang on the ground level of the podium? I see this with a lot new developments.
