nope..... i found that parking spot do not appreciate by time unless it is a good location in Downtown

i like 10, 12 and 16. suite 16 is the smallest and 12 the larggest. and i believe 12 has the best floor plan in 1br+1den

totally agree with you....the floor difference does not really makes a big difference in resale value at all i bought a 2BR at skymark center, same 10 floor , cost more than higher floors btw, i think we should have a gathering when we move in in 2013, Dec. LOL

The sliding door is only good for ppl who cook a lot especially for Chinese family Btw they delay their closing date to dec 2013. Six months late And they said they already submit a application to the city to increase more floors
