Quick Question:
In your opinion/experience, for a 600 Sq ft condo in Scarborough (new construction), would adding 2nd parking space ($20k) increase the resale value of the condo significantly? do people looking to buy condos look at additional parking space an attractive feature? or is it just a waste of money?

nope..... i found that parking spot do not appreciate by time unless it is a good location in Downtown

Not worth it. Two parking spaces could actually be a -ve (for such a small suite) as potential purchasers would now have to pay maintenance on two spaces. Better investment for your $20K, would be a really sharp kitchen with built in oven and cook top and a sleek Bathroom. Hardwood (high quality engineered hardwood) throughout is also a gr8 choice.
