I live in the neighbourhood and not sure about hostile pedestrians... there are a couple new condos going up/built - maybe because of the construction?

Meant that I don't think it will be done by November 2019 - They submitted tons of building permits now and sent out an update that construction will be starting soon - hopefully they get shovels in the ground - will be nice to see it going up!

I doubt it will be ready for 2019 - just hoping it gets built. Are there lots of towers planned on that block? I find the east side much quieter than the west buts seems to have been forgotten about by developers until recently. I did check out some west end projects but was late and many...

Perhaps - but I like this project and this neighbourhood - so I bought a unit. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Would be nice to have some form of communication from them though

The building that streetcar is selling appears confused... rather looks like three buildings with three styles mushed together.... I could see anyone one style being more effective over a mash up.

Great news! Nice to see more lab space being developed... We are sooo short of it even with all the hospitals developing. Having a discovery district is great, creates for an area where resources can be shared amongst many researchers and institutes, creates high quality jobs, and much needed...

Thanks! I actually live at 11 St. Joes... and was wondering what was going on with it... The project up the street, Nicholas (?) was completely demolished so was figuring they were just gonna rip this all up and redo it like that project. Keeping the facade is lots of work. Would have been cool...
