It's way too early to jump to any conclusions of the curvature of the glass. Wait and see. I doubt that they're going to put flat panes of glass. This is L-Tower don't forget.

How can you not be distracted by these renderings? You are posting Ten York promo renderings in this thread udo. Pics of or from L-Tower are acceptable. Not pics deliberately promoting other projects. I support other projects as well, but in the appropriate thread.

If you're referring to the light coloured glass panels that give the scattered pattern on the tower, no they will not light up. That would look tacky and cause an obstructed view of the city from nearby windows looking out at night when there's fog in the air.

This form is for the birds. Although I thought it was for condos. Which actually brings up an interesting point about urban sprawl versus vertical cities. I think by building vertical cities and avoiding urban sprawl we will save birds in the long run. Instead of mid-rises or high-rises...

I think the buildings should taper off as they go towards the lake. The big picture of Toronto has to look good from all angles. The last rendering shows a building that is way too tall for being that close to the lake. Keep in mind this is reclaimed land. This used to be part of Lake Ontario...

I agree 100%. The stench coming from that factory is unbearable. I want to wear a gas mask, however I simply avoid shopping at the Loblaws there because of the smell. And by the way, I have a sweet tooth and love sugar. It has nothing to do with the smell coming out of the factory.
