A new concourse level is being dug out below the existing 2017-opened Finch West Station, the line's eastern terminus, which looks pretty surreal with the concrete floor visible above the forming pit.

Metrolinx claims that the Finch West LRT MSF site was built with "Expansion Capabilities". Looking at the renderings and drone footage, how is this possible? It looks almost maxed out to me. Thanks

^^^I find the reduced heights decision along Finch very troubling. What would be their rationale for making such a decision. IMO its bad planning and a decision that will be regretted many years down the road. What ever happened to the benefits of increased density by major transit projects?

Yes I totally agree, looking out my condo window over the new six points street grid, it seems like the Mississauga/Miway buses is representative of 50% of the road traffic lol. It will be sweet to see that disappear and bring those Mississauga buses more west.
