There is an abandoned building on corner of Ossington & Queen, used to be a rental place. Been boarded up. With West Queen West being so popular now, I think that would be a prime spot for some form of redevelopment.

The former Far East Theatre on Spadina Ave and the building on the north east corner of Spadina & Dundas. These old buildings should be converted to great lofts above vibrant retail

I used to go to Roy's Garden on a regular basis. It was one of those rare ma & pa restaurants in the downtown core. It is sadly missed. :(

this is a fantastic idea 3D. We should lobby the Provincial govt' to expropriate the land and build this baby!! I'm also loving the 2 towers. Wish we could get a few of those.

I recall Sick Kids Hospital is thinking of using the Enwave parking lot site to develop a new research facility.

When this baby gets fully encased in glass from the podium to the twin towers, it will be quite stunning. and then we've got Burano to complement that. Bay Street Condo Canyon is looking better and better

It's not a very big and massive like RBC or Bay Adelaide so I think they are taking sort of condo approach to building this tower

In the bright light of day when you look at the West Window wall, the reflection looks exactly like the render. If you take a close look at the render you will see that there is only a slight difference in the windows. But as these 2 babies rise, I think it will quite a stunner given how thin...

Scarborough is so geographically huge and each area is different (Ie north & south of 401), that any generalization of the suburb is ridiculous. Plus I find Scarborough is developing at a very rapid pace so hopefully perceptions will change.
