Hydrovac action happening at the site. This combined with Enmax being on site on Monday might be the reason for the hold up. I’m thinking maybe they had to stop excavation until they got some utility location work sorted out.

The trifecta.

Materials are going up, and the late beige material looks promising. I was expecting it to be plain flat paneling, but it’s got a nice looking texture to it. Similar to the one at Lynbrook Manor. Also, getting installed is some brown wood styled paneling, which looks pretty decent so far.

The brick is a nice touch, I was expecting a sea of hardy board.

I don’t know if this is related to site work, but Enmax was there this morning. Maybe the pause is related to utilities work?
