retail space is divided into 5 or so (2 floor retail units) and another 5 or so smaller retail units on ground floor, so could be around 10 or more different retail stores ranging from (300 ft2 -10,000 ft2). Unless a tenant ends up purchasing multiple retail units.

Next floor (8th) is going to be very complicated as it is going to be 8' deep beams sitting on the truss panels (formwork fly panels), and 8"-9" slab between the beams which will have to be picked up separately with scaffolding (frames) on-top of the truss/fly panels. There are some Elevators, escalators, and stairs for the retail units on the first few floors with access to parking floors, but for the tower itself its 6 cars total.

Ya, sorry for the confusion, one of the 2 "shafts" drops off, each shaft/core has 3 elevators so 3 elevators for low levels, 3 elevators for high levels (6 total).

I do agree with your previous post that they did shorten the floor heights to squeeze in additional floors, I'm just not sure if they are following the number of floors on the Architectural/Structural drawings done for this project or if they did a site condition and just added the extra floor...

I believe there are multiple mechanical units (air units) that will be sitting on 32nd floor west and we will see a change of many of the walls turning into columns going from 32nd to main roof. Main roof on the curved side of the building being a grid of beams to help support the cantilever...

They have poured the 31st floor slab and columns going up to 32nd. 32nd is the mechanical penthouse floor, then there is a multi elevation roof slab which will be 4 concrete slabs and 1 steel slab. So basically for the stepping/curved side there is the 32nd slab, roof slab (33rd), and high...

Seems to me that the white glass is translucent and would not completely hinder your view, but also add some privacy to the balconies compared to clear glass.

all I know is that Ground Floor and Level 2 have a total combined retail space of around 65,000 sq. ft. and occupancy of these retail spaces probably wont be until 2015.

Not sure if they have quite started the tower yet. and if they have they will be taking quite a bit of time on the first tower level (8th floor) as there are transfer beams to change from columns below to typical tower shear walls for condo units. There will also be a new set of fly forms...
