    I think that's a nice step in the right direction, go up to the limit for height and it can be slimmed down a bit. I hope they keep things almost identical to what is here now, I am really liking this project.

    Which I am honestly really happy to see, very glad we got to avoid a slump. We still have a few more that could possibly be in the pipeline this year too too (1047 Richmond, and Granite Curling Club).

    Okay these, these are actually nice. I wish they were like 38 and 33, but honestly as is, I would love to see these go up. They're really good renders and if the real building looks anything like that, these are going to add a lot of character to the area. Elevations say 97.65m (so 98m) and 88m.

    If this looks anything like Richcraft's Parkdale Collective, this one is going to look nice. Even if they keep the same quality as the Lebreton tower, this should come out great, hopefully.

    I agree. It makes zero sense to focus on height beside any LRT station. Allow density up to 55 stories, and let developers go for it if they want to. Anything higher, I can see why they want to review it, but there needs to be a higher point where they shouldn't be discussing heights at any...

    That would actually be perfect, considering there is no viewpoints really being blocked this far out. The highway is going to start looking very packed up soon. I love it.

    I would still be happy but if we get some more towers with some variation, I would not be opposed. 40+30+27 would still look pretty good imo. But yeah I agree, the views coming in are going to be EPIC. Plus the density added to LRT as well as traffic added to the mall are such big bonuses.

    I am really really happy that these are approved. That means the lot beside owned by the mall will see the heights they got on this lot and will go for more density / height. This is awesome. I already loved this development but I am super amped!! 127m isn't a slouch, these will soar from Kanata...
