Here take a look at Barrie's new transit plan, by looking at it you can tell they plan to make the new waterfront GO train station one of the new 6 hubs opening by 2012, or at least thats when phase 1 in going to be implicated

those are some HUGE windows!

one more line going east to west though downtown, then... :rolleyes: (sorry, don't want to turn this into fantasy)

add the eglinton line on the second map and you got a world class transit system

GO is doing some extensive construction at Allandale Waterfront GO Station, in terms of layover tracks, platforms, and the refurbishing of the station it's self. i'll stop by and snap some pictures soon. If all day service is implemented on all routes including the Barrie line i wish they'd...
