So apparently tower b will have a grocery store, and start construction in January. And apparently the design might be slightly different then the most recent one.

I don't know how many stories of this will be office, but if quite a bit of the tower is office space, it would increase the height over just being a hotel, or residences.

So would they have to close the whole tunnel if they had to do maintenance? In a regular LRT/Subway tunnel when they work on one of the tracks, the trains go around on the other track, but I assume that the trains wouldn't be able to switch tracks with a single bore tunnel?

I like the design of the tower but, IMO the gas station and giant parking lot defeat the purpose of TOD. Otherwise not bad.

The name is kinda weird. But i'm looking forward to seeing it.
