Compared to the long slow start for this project, construction really seems to be moving now. Looking back, this thread started in August, 2010. After Concert's acquiring the site, excavation started in December 2021 - it took two years to go down and back up, to the point where...

April 30 - Earlier today, more balcony railings in place. Far more visible in personal than can be seen in the photo.

Three comments. First of all, as noted above, Draper Street is scheduled for quite the rebuild and streetscaping soon, although I am not sure, based on what I have heard from residents, that it will start this year but next. Some angst about potential conflict between the streetscaping work...

April 24 - Late afternoon, and concrete still being poured.

April 24: On a sunny afternoon, Toronto House is literally a joy to see from the west side on Adelaide Street. Also, a photo of the porte-cochere area with the brick driveway.
