Boxcar coffee shop just opened in Calder last week. I checked it out today and was pretty amazed with the look of the space and their tasty treats. Definitely try the tres leches cake and the horchata popsicle! Here’s some photos:

I also just heard today that the owners of Bianco and Rosso are opening another restaurant in the Brewery District right where Molson Brewery used to be. Novesta signs are already up on the windows and they’re the ones who worked on Bianco so it’s all adding up! What an exciting time for the area 😍

Did some digging and it looks like Anejo is opening a location in that empty spot by Cobs! It's a modern Mexican restaurant that has locations in Toronto, Calgary and Banff. They have killer happy hour with $6 margaritas and $3 tacos - can't wait to check it out once it opens and soak up the sun...
