Could this mean that their 101 street site was sold and now the only projects they have left are Holyrood and Emerald which are being referred to as under construction? 😲

I would argue that The Parks and the Winspear Centre Expansion are projects that are under construction currently which could be considered examples of solid architecture.

Starting to see it from my window as they are currently working on the 2nd floor. Will make sure to post lots of photo updates of this one going forward 😊 On a side note, I think/hope that when Cidex realizes how much success they can have in this area as I’m sure this building will fill up...

Checked out the outdoor movie screening with a couple of friends in the ice district plaza today and really enjoyed it! I look forward to visiting this spot over the next few months as more stores open up, the ice rink gets going again, and hopefully a nice Christmas tree gets installed!
