It's a fantastic, small market at this stage. There were a ton of people there relative to its size and the vendor selection is great (again, relative to its size). I left feeling optimistic that this will grow very quickly.

That's interesting language specifying Plaza 124 as a premiere office building. That obviously doesn't confirm anything, but also wouldn't imply a residential conversion. (unless I simply don't understand ANU Development's work)

Since the alignment stops at MacEwan & Norquest, I would suggest that this was taken into account.
