That has more to do with it. I know a lot of my projects are using them, also less ground disturbance.It has rained a lot, but also likely so they don't track nearly as much mud onto the street

^^ When I look at this picture I can't help but think how that land north of the University has so much potential to be transformed into a hub of some sort that can cater to students and resident alike. Sorta like a Whyte/Kensington area for the MacEwan community.
