Same here. I'm loving the shape of the building but bad materials can really be a downer. Uptown is less elegantly shaped than this building but could have still looked good if not for the brutal looking pre-cast. I really hope my doubts are proven wrong on this one.

This looks a lot better than I expected. Not first rate but a nice building nonetheless.

This really reminds me of a new rental apartment that was built last year on Spadina between Dupont and Bloor. I can't think of the name right now though...

It's absolutely terrible. A huge loss. Luckily, Concord Adex has done such a great job building exciting neighborhoods with interesting retail components in the bottom of their condos.................................................................... I can't even say that with a straight face.

I have a feeling that when this building is complete, it may look like a success or a failure depending on how you look at it. If you point it out as a recently completed high profile project then it will seem underwhelming but if you just pretend it was built back in the 80s then it may seem...

I don't care what colours you use but just make sure the read and unread colours are different enough that we can distinguish between the two. It's very difficult at the moment. Other than that I am soooo happy you finally switched the graphics to something more elegant and professional...

This is pretty much how I feel about it. This new flood is just way too much to be sustained in the short term but it will really help bring the cost down for when I'm ready to buy. (it also benefits renters in this city to keep paying reasonable rates since a lot of condo units are rented out)
