It was the GC's building package with a small signage portion. Saw the drawings and they look pretty good

@Avenuer I was talking to a couple of my work connections about this project and they said it has been put on the backburner. Ian is right the lack of 'anchor' tenants I feel is the main reason right now

I've heard Manulife Tower podium renovations have been put on hold indefinitely.

I am hearing that spring of this year is when they will start. Do not quote me on that through

Cant say which building yet but another tower downtown will be getting a major facelift in the coming years. I saw the renderings and this is a project that will modernize a section of downtown.
