I believe that there was talk about taking out the odd mezzanine level where the church used to occupy. I don't know for sure if that is happening, but it would open up the southwest corner of the building in a great way.

QuadReal also has an application in on Merton to replace the parking garage just east of Yonge with an apartment building if memory serves right.

I did not know Scotia was still going. I thought they wrapped up when they moved in Imperial oils old spot on Wynford, along with the other sites.

I think it was also when Scotia was consolidating everything.

I remember seeing those plans 2 years ago. They were chasing one of the banks at that point as the anchor tenant.

Someone took out a permit for the building in the summer.

It has been approved at LPAT. I would imagine activity should pick up soon
