    Transit City Plan

Please, give Sheppard East riders a mode of transit that reduces travel time by an appreciable amount. Expensive LRT that does little to improve travel times and frequency is not necessary and dooms the corridor to crappy slow service for decades. All we need are some limited stop express...

Will it really have that much bulk? The tower looks very substantial for Res/Hotel.

    Metrolinx: Presto Fare Card

Its not just a money issue. Its dealing with the complexities of designing the system and ensuring it is foward compatible for generations to come. Montreal started their RFP in 2001 and only now in 2008-09 are they ready to launch. Joel Gauthier stressed the importance of not rushing...

Those renderings are cartoonish as most are. Don't expect the finished product to remotely resemble that silverish hue.

Malvern has many recreational facilities located in a small area. We could host our own Olympics.

200,000sq ft office space is slightly disappointing for a site at one of the city's most prominent intersections. It's better than nothing I guess, and the project as a whole looks like a solid contribution to the area. Nestle across the street is 21f/360,000sq ft. At about 18,000sq...

    Transit City Plan

I don't see how a Sheppard LRT will drastically cut travel time to make much of a difference. It's 15min from Don Mills to Kennedy on the 85 bus and the 190 is the same. Sheppard LRT will have more stops than the 190 between Don Mills and Kennedy. Even if the LRT is slightly faster, everyone...
