I was wondering.. In terms of shower / bathtub how do I know what I am getting... From what I can tell it makes no indication in the paperwork if I get a shower or a bathtub in my unit... In the "standard features" model which was my loft, it had a shower in it... Thanks Matt

You get mixed information because no one knows... Not even the developer knows if its going to be built... They have a heck of a lot of units to sell because they can even think about obtaining construction financing and even at that point its a toss up if they can even get financial backing at...

The base for the second crane, on the entrance side of the site, has been installed for quite a long time so its not surprise that they could be getting ready to install it now that the far side has hit ground level.

Yep. The 1st permanent crane is now installed as of Friday. I assume there will be a second one going in as more work progresses on the 2nd towers side of the hole.

I know they Cell Tower is being moved, they did confirm that in the sales office. No clue about the billboard.

Never mind the TTC bus, its a piss-off having 700 cars down East Liberty when going through with a normal car. Every other moron and every single cab loves driving down the middle of road like its a 1-way.

They haven't sold 700 units, I don't even think they have finished selling the 1st of the 3 towers.. I'm not worried about blocked views, South facing whahoo.

There are something like 1100 units in this building, thats a lot of selling. They are priced fairly well and they do include parking and a locker, we shall have to wait and see. No one wants a big empty space with boards around it in the neighborhood.

I haven't looked, but I wouldn't think its a permanent, unless they installed it in the last 2 days. Everything is really going to be moving along now, will see a lot of activity due to the two towers going up together.

Construction Update from Nov 1st: Matt

Got an update from CanAlfa on Thursday, financing is done and was released from Escrow. The extention letter is now void and construction is starting immediatly!

One crane for LVT and one crane for Bliss as they are being constructed together.
