is it just me, or are things in motion right now to put in a second crane?

The base for the second crane, on the entrance side of the site, has been installed for quite a long time so its not surprise that they could be getting ready to install it now that the far side has hit ground level.

A few walls above ground level are now up just south of the huge white crane.

I'll have to get out my camera and take some pictures.

Balconies as out door space are useless 80% of the time. It is more enjoyable sitting on a patio at Ideal coffee than on my balcony. A balcony is usually too windy/wet/cold/hot/smell from neighbours cooking and smoking to be much fun. For the first 2 months I lived in my current place, I used it. Now it's so boring and pointless.

Just look at all those C.P. condo balconies--do you ever see anyone on them? (I just see tacky cheap furniture and dying plants.)

Well, it depends I guess. It would be nice to go on the balcony. I would if there weren't so many dang flies!! It's nice to stand out during a warm or cool day. Windy or rainy isn't so advisable. But the biggest turn off is flies on high floors.

Wasn't there talk of the cell tower being moved / removed? Any update on when this would happen?

good point..... that cell tower is smack dab in the middle of everything.

It appears they are really moving along as I went away for a couple of days and come back to find they have made a lot of progress.

It now appears this one tower will my block of the top of (west side) of BMO field. Heh, it wasn't much of a view anyways.

But those in this tower, high enough and facing west should have a great view of BMO field. The higher up, probably the better.
