    Hamilton Toronto | Corktown Plaza | 91.43m | 27s | Slate | Core Architects

While this is true, they did sell 60% of phase 1 as of a few month ago. I see no reason why they would start phase 1 and put the phase 2 units for sale while it's under construction. May just seeing a slower build than we've been used to over the past 5-10 years.

    Hamilton Toronto | 75 James Condos | 108m | 34s | LIUNA | Graziani + Corazza

That second level is 20 floors, so it appears they are finishing up floor 30, so around 4 more floors.

Looking like the back part of the podium is almost done:

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

And that's part of the problem. KW has had great councils that invest in the city, but Hamilton and London historically have not. The province needs to step in and do a bit more of the planning. I'm normally a big fan of local and community focused planning, but when bad council that listens...

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

It doesn't really matter though. Hamilton, KW, Ottawa and London still make up millions of Ontarians and by not investing in these communities whatsoever we bolster a housing crisis as Toronto maintains it's stranglehold on almost all industries, and it also ensures these other cities exist in a...

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

Yea, this is pretty typical of both Ontario commentary, but also almost every government in Ontario. Hamilton is the third largest CMA in the province but the province always forgets about both Hamilton and Ottawa. Toronto's CMA gets historic investments every year, and then Ottawa, Hamilton, KW...

Saw that tonight while out for drinks looking for bike parking. Just wasn't the other day!

Yup I was going to say, curtains and plants that handle the change.

Likely will have to wait until we're out of this economic slump, but it will come sooner than later.

    Hamilton Toronto | 1362 Barton Street East | ?m | 6s | Kiwanis Homes | McCallum Sather

It'll probably be a while. Kiwanis along with many social housing or subsidized housing providers struggle to get funding in place for projects. Unsure what you mean by protecting privacy, they won't need you to provide any personal information for them to construct something near/next to you...

    Hamilton Toronto | 92 John Street North | 104.5m | 31s | Emblem Developments | Studio JCI

This is perhaps anecdotal because I pay a lot of attention to rent prices in my area as we own a duplex where we rent a unit in our house, but Hamilton has a lot of older rental stock that pulls down the average significantly, especially out east, and certain areas of the mountain. Downtown...

    Hamilton Toronto | 388 Concession Street | ?m | 7s

I'd be very happy to see secondary/tertiary commercial streets like Concession, Ottawa and Barton getting so good midrise development.

    Hamilton Toronto | 92 John Street North | 104.5m | 31s | Emblem Developments | Studio JCI

Rental would be the only path forward at this point for many developments. Hamilton rents continue to skyrocket and condos aren't even selling in Toronto, nevermind Hamilton.

    Hamilton Toronto | Radio Arts | 47.6m | 14s | Canlight | KNYMH

Looks like walls for 12th floor and floor for 13th at the front of the building to my eye. The podium is 4 floors based on the architectural plans. So they are pouring the last full floor of residential this week and next it seems, then it will be on to the last floor which includes mechanical...

Construction elevator installed, tells me interior work is starting.
