Floor forms for floor 14 almost in. 2 more floor walls to go before the next step back from the south and east to a thinner tower portion, Today:

Perhaps I'll email the city and ask. The permit site being down really sucks.

Odd. It definitely seems like they've got a floor or two to go, not to mention the mechanical roof.

    Central Hamilton

The Federal Buildings downtown on James St N is getting some substantial work done. Unsure if this is just the owner doing renovations or if someone has leased the space. Last I heard Forge & Foster (the bankrupt ones) owned this building so unsure the context: Edit: another picture from the...

Yea the brick panels are fine, it's just the blocked in windows. It's like they got a architect to design it, then changed the interior layout but didn't want to pay the architect to redraw the building without the windows... Just an odd choice all around. Looks really weird. They could have...

    Hamilton Toronto | The Finery Building | 19.73m | 5s | Laidir Developments | Peg.

I may be weird, but I like the coal covered bricks mixed in with clean brick buildings. Gives them age, history and tells a story.

Lighting is installed, looking a bit more finished. Looks a bit like October completion may have been optimistic, but perhaps November? Hoping for some decent public realm finishings, the lighting is fancy though. Looking good.

    Hamilton Toronto | The Design District 41 | ?m | 31s | Emblem Developments | Arcadis

Today, starting the 7th floor on the southeast corner and the third floor underway under the supposed third tower C. Looking back at the picture today, I realized the walls being formed are further back and that's because the 7th floor is where the podium turns into the tower, should really pick...

I don't have that, and it would great if someone did, but the website is showing "limited units in Tower A&B". That's of course the developer, so who knows, but hopefully changes announced recently mean we might see the condo market.pick back up.
