I am sure they will find a balance between full occupancy and maximized rent. Assuming that is their goal, they can just open up floors as there becomes enough demand at the price point they are happy with.

Trying to compare build speed with 75 James South. They look like they were ready to go upwards in Aug/September 2022 (sure it took a month or two to get to ground level).

As long as the keep the petal to the metal and complete the build I am happy whatever floats their boat.
