To be fair, larger conventions and trade shows were for Copps Coliseum. Probably don't even need to have it anymore, perhaps reimagine what it could be, perhaps an expansion of the AGH

Those parking lots in the foreground need Vrancor talented design team to do their wonders and create only something worthy of their southern views. Seriously do hope the efforts get stepped up on this next phase.

Yes, not loving the brick colours, but at least they used brick. Vrancor IMHO has done one nice tower on George (thankful that the podium is hidden by his next tower and that a grocer went in.. Don't think they have achieved any tenants in any other build).

Hopefully Rosehaven will build this one, and perhaps with enough new locals complaining about how stupid the park design is, there will be changes enacted to make it much more aestheticly pleasing, and perhaps even used.

That is why OVG is preserving the historically significant rounded exterior of the original Copps Coliseum, just to address these types of concerns. 😊
