To be fair, larger conventions and trade shows were for Copps Coliseum. Probably don't even need to have it anymore, perhaps reimagine what it could be, perhaps an expansion of the AGH

looking forward to see those street overhangs / awnings installed as per the renders

Maybe based on its street location, sadly no one really cared. And that visitor parking, I guess you use the unit driveway to turn yourself around.

    Hamilton Toronto | 354 King Street West | 82.71m | 25s | Vrancor Development | srm Architects

Those parking lots in the foreground need Vrancor talented design team to do their wonders and create only something worthy of their southern views. Seriously do hope the efforts get stepped up on this next phase.

    Hamilton Toronto | 129-131 Wellington Street North | 15.19m | 4s | WQP | RAW Design

Not in love with this one, however the scale is good for the area. And quite honestly, surprised that investment actually came to Wellington North before so may other sites in and around the downtown. I am sure some renovator will see those faux insets and think, I could make this place a...

Was going to say the same thing, they are powering through this one!

    Hamilton Toronto | 75 James Condos | 108m | 34s | LIUNA | Graziani + Corazza

Yes, not loving the brick colours, but at least they used brick. Vrancor IMHO has done one nice tower on George (thankful that the podium is hidden by his next tower and that a grocer went in.. Don't think they have achieved any tenants in any other build).

This one is tucked away in the hood!

Great vantage point, hold onto this friend for a while and visit often!

    Hamilton Toronto | McMaster Graduate Student Residence | 97.9m | 30s | Knightstone | Diamond Schmitt

I'm greedy, just bring on the second phase already, and this block can be complete!

    Hamilton Toronto | The Design District 41 | ?m | 31s | Emblem Developments | Arcadis

So do we all think they are building the podium for all, and then 1, 2, or 3 towers concurrentky?

    Hamilton Toronto | The Design District 41 | ?m | 31s | Emblem Developments | Arcadis

Feel like it's taking a while to get this one going with some height, going to be a behemoth once that podium all around gets into the 5th or 6th storey

    Hamilton Toronto | 213 King Street West | 94.3m | 30s | Vrancor Development | ZO1

I was a summer student in the Hamilton Planning Department back when the Piggott Sunlife buildings were being converted to condos, (yes back in the late 80s), and thought wow that was a bold move, then 30 years of decline and really nothing on the residential front. So yes agree to see the...

Can imagine how wildly this will transform when you add in the Bentall Green Oak rentals a block away.

    Hamilton Toronto | The Connolly | 106.07m | 30s | Hue Developments | McCallum Sather

Anyone know who is 98 James South Inc?
  16. KingJames

    Hamilton Toronto | The Rebecca Condos | 96.3m | 30s | Rosehaven | Core Architects

Hopefully Rosehaven will build this one, and perhaps with enough new locals complaining about how stupid the park design is, there will be changes enacted to make it much more aestheticly pleasing, and perhaps even used.

    Hamilton Toronto | The Brockton | 75.4m | 24s | Effort Group | KNYMH

That is why OVG is preserving the historically significant rounded exterior of the original Copps Coliseum, just to address these types of concerns. 😊

Similar, as I drove down Main Street near Silly Hall, great to see that rising to the right of the old IBM building, need to get that shot.
