I like this proposal. A cycle track should be built there, and parking on the east side of the road is completely unnecessary. I would be in favour of getting parking off the road completely, and make it a three lane road where the middle lane is used as a turning lane.

I figure a gondola or some form of APM from Banff Trail to Westbrook (through Foothills Hospital) will happen at some point in the future; especially if Westbrook and Banff Trail TODs pan out as planned. I also think that a MAX route that goes down Shaganappi from the Sage Hill area all the way...

Olive Chicken is gone; it shut down at the end of August. It's been replaced by Ogam Chicken Express.

I'm actually taken back from how well this renovation has turned out. It looks mint AF, and is so photogenetic. It give the UCalgary campus an iconic looking building that demands attention. I'd say it's the first building outside of the downtown core that does that. Well done by the university...

If you're referring to the Bow Trail bridges right by Central Bark, then it kind of is. No rail crossing improvements, but they paved a more defined pathway up to it from 10th Ave.

Cars on 16th, or on Centre? If on 16th, shouldn't MAX Orange travel improve with 16th ave flow improvement? The one case for tunneling that makes the cost possibly worth it is if both the Green Line and MAX Orange would have improved runtime as a result.

With the construction ongoing at that intersection, and 10 Ave having two breweries under construction (one relocated) in the Sunalta side, 10 Ave SW main street may pop off this decade.
