Another great thread Flar - I loved to see someone else's take on Chicago - especially someone who has an understanding of light and composition. Plus I always wondered what the place looked like in the sunshine - I was always there in overcast days.

I walked through Cleveland in the early 80's and never returned....things are looking up if your photos are representative of a new urban renewal.

My best friend lived in the Plateau for 10 years back in the 90's. Such a great neighborhood. I loved to visit him and did so often - even in winter when one is only as good as ones longjohns.

Great thread. I''ve longed to return to Yemen but it doesn't seem to safe at the moment. Maybe a trip to the modern Arabia is in store for me. Thanks for sharing.

I wondered if it was him when i read that news item. I hope but doubt the police/courts will be lenient. I can't imagine it will be easy trying to enter the US with that conviction.
