    White and black panels of two towers. The white panels look actually quite nice, centrally better than the neighboring building. Maybe because they borrowed some money and need to sell apartments? 😊

    Thank you. This is good to know. We did not spend a lot on upgrades. It was somewhat hard to select anything virtually. I am not sure if it’s worth all those troubles to go through lawyers (need to admit that I am somewhat lost a contact with the lawyer too 😊).

    What exactly so special about this neighborhood? I think T&S is not better but certainly not worse than the rest of the buildings around it.

    I was expecting parking be outside, open air. How is it going to be ventilated? Would not one get fumes in the apartments?

    Under normal circumstances, it makes not so much sense to sell an apartment now. All deposits have been paid, and the last one is due on completion of the apartment, 1-2 years from now. About three years ago, Pemberton was selling at about 850. So I guess the hope of seller here that the price...

    The point was mostly that for any sneeze in the building, a permission from the city will be needed. Working for a landmark must be a lawyer’s dream, pushing piles of paper around. A good thing, that Time and Space according to this forum has a slim chance to make it to this status 😊

    The question essentially boils down to who has to pay and keep paying for good look of the building: builders/owners/residents of the building or city residents and visitors.

I just acknowledged receiving the docs and wrote to them that adding more than 400K annually to the budget looks like a material change to me, and I need to get legal advice on that, contrary to their statement. I also sent copies to the lawyer...

    Thanks, AHK. The 400K I cited is actually from the budget for the first year of operations the developer included and distributed in the disclosure package. I expect for the first 2-3 years the board will be controlled by the developer rather than by the residents, depending how many apartments...
