Yeah, the outside part is condo units, surrounding a parking garage on three sides. The fourth side of the parking garage is a nondescript wall that will really give life to the POPS facing it.

Those southern towers look very svelte in my view from the north, but they are massive! But soon the northern podium will start to dominate, and it's massive from any angle.
