It's horrific compared to what was originally proposed. I understand economics and plans can change, but this is so disappointing for such a important lot on one of our most vibrant streets. It really doesn't set a good precedent for future projects on Whyte in my opinion.
I'm honestly more excited about the reclad of the parking garage than anything else. It was most definitely overdue, and is very important to that stretch of 103 Ave.

There were some great proposals submitted, I remember the redbrick one as well, it looked amazing.
Not a fan of the design at all, looks pretty standard Kennedy to me.
If it's just for massing and subject to change, then I'll reserve my judgement until then.
I wish the tower wasn't so uniform. It would be interesting to see each floor's windows offset a bit to create a gradient or pattern as the tower rises.
