No change in plans, both stores are going ahead. Lots of room in the market for it. The crew doing fit-out at Esplanade will be the same one that fits out Shuter; but there will be some set-up work w/mechanical, electrical etc.

As currently proposed, I don't believe a phasing scenario that keeps the store in operation is feasible. But I could stand to be corrected on that. However, I believe that is actually quite achievable, with some relatively modest tweaks.
