Wow yeah, that will definitely make quite an impact. A lot different from it's surroundings. And they're being honest with the amount of spandrel being used in the renders. As long as the vision glass is black tinted, it will be a nice addition. Could look bad with clear glass and white blinds...

The entire block is now fenced off except the proposed office conversion in the SE corner. The Lil park at the corner of 1 and 12 was open yesterday. Must be close to structural demolition.

Yeah definitely. They're still barely started the LED feature on the northbound platform. Either way, the station is turning out very nice. I'm glad they used grasses as the plantings, as actual gardens would have just died with that slope and/or ripped out by people.

Also one under construction (Yellowstone).

While they're taking forever to put the finishing touches, I'm loving the LEDs they've installed on the southbound platform overhang.

Man I thought last November was nice, but this one is smoking it. So far average high of 9.9⁰ compared to 8.8⁰ this time last year. We'll likely get to the first half of the month between 9.5 and 10.0. Crazy for November. Some colder temps in the forecast so will likely end up a bit below last...
