Honestly, at this point, I just wish they'd kept with the black stucco in the earlier renders... at least that wouldn't end up looking quite so dirty and gross 10 years down the line.
Speaking of new crossings, I saw the other day they were in the process of installing a new crossing at 97 St. and 112 Ave. Looking forward to not having to jaywalk across anymore!

Sure, but the Blatchford Gate station is about as north as 121 Ave. and there's no crossings for 107 St., that I can see on Google Maps anyhow, between 118 ave. and 123 Ave. which seems incredibly silly if this hasn't already started to be addressed by the city. There should at the very least be...
