From this weekend, a shot of the utility building above the LRT tunnel. The wood fencing in front of those ugly ducts improves the aesthetics quite a bit, still hoping we get a lot of trees planted in front of the whole thing though.

Yah, this is pretty bad... just looks like a large gross chainlink fence cage built around a parkade. I think the pretty renders are a fooling a few people on this one.

Also depending on the details it could cripple the possibility of a lot of potential future river valley amenities.
