I took a few photos post-demolition from Church/Harding. It looks like two houses on Church St and Harding Blvd have been torn down plus most of the trees. The sales center (old retail building) and the old Steer Inn Burger building still remain standing.

This would be the second tallest proposal in Richmond Hill after Metroview's 8700 Yonge St. I wonder what portion of the shopping center this development would occupy. There's a TON of surface parking at this intersection between this plaza and Hillcrest Mall across the street.

This proposal is actually down the street from the Baif Don Head proposal, on the north side west corner of Major Mackenzie Dr and Arnold Cres.

Are these the buildings that the nearby Hindu Temple was fighting against? These are pretty far away (500+ meters) from either Baview or Elgin Mills. Strange seeing the cranes considering it's just a farmers field with nothing else currently built around it.
