Something tells me the agenda is: present the overpass as the cheaper option to rule out the underpass, but it’s so visually obtrusive that they’ll just say “we’ll keep it at-grade”

Honestly, just combine the threads at this point. The two high-floor lines don’t have any concurrent major projects happening for the foreseeable future, and the individual threads aren’t that active anyway. Plus, a lot of the convo involves both lines (grade separation, fleet, etc.).

The city seems to blow it out of the water when it comes to designing nice rec centers. Now if only we could apply that architectural prowess to other projects (the central library…)
