They need to come *down* a tick but the frames immediately underneath them seem to be fitting properly. That's why I don't think it's an installation issue but an issue with the frames themselves, that they're slightly off in size, that they were manufactured incorrectly. I guess time will tell...

I feel like this area needs some sort of modern cornice. Nothing fussy, just a linear projection to break it up visually. It's too thick, IMO. The proportions are off.

Canada Life's new logo is ridiculous. It looks like a brand of crackers you'd find at Loblaws. It really undermines the Beaux-Arts elegance of their building.

Any chance of this coming to the Design Review Panel? I'd like to see this thoroughly pulled apart, analyzed, objected to / defended by a group of professionals in a transparent fashion.

It's got a smaller footprint than I expected, thankfully.

I like the new skylight too. I think it looks better now. I think the upgrade here is respectful.

To think this was a parking lot for decades...

I see quite a bit of oil-canning with the black cladding.
