No one has commented yet on the theatre, but I think that will be quite a nice amenity to be provided at this location. It will be of particular benefit to the community, but accessible city-wide given the location adjacent to a subway stop. I am curious, though, whether anyone has information...

So red. And I mean that as a compliment.

Can't wait to check out the garden myself, but one other thought I have from these pictures is how nicely it interfaces with Osgoode Hall. This was always the "afterthought" facade of the building, but even so, it deserved better than the mess of concrete, dead plants and fences that was there...

I agree, although I might add Dupont Station (i.e. Dupont at Spadina). Despite being close to Summerhill, it would even out the transfer load and provide connectivity to the northern part of the west leg of Line 1.

I've been too busy for the last month or so to keep up with UT as much as I like. Coming back to this thread after a break, it strikes me that we're now very close to The One surpassing 1BE in height. At the rate it's been going, I'd expect to hit that milestone by November.

To stay on the right side of history, it might be time for me to change my handle to "A Rogers Torontonian Now"
