To be fair, there are only 2 suites per floor, so each suite is probably at least 1800-2000 sq ft. But $2.5 million plus $25k/year in condo fees (and ever increasing) - that's steep even for the privilege of seeing La Atwood in her dressing gown.

Given the re-election of Donald Trump, looks like Gilead from Atwood’s The Handmaid’s Tale is becoming reality.
The condo is a harbinger of Gilead (alongside Trump’s plan to end abortion in more states).
