Did not realize until @sikandar posted above that there will also be a pedestrian bridge from CIBC Square over Yonge Street directly into Backstage Condo. Does anyone know if that bridge will be in the vicinity of the upper or lower arrow in the image below?

They should keep the current Cherry Street Bridge open to pedestrians so we can continue to take these wonderful photos. Haha. I assume there will a path along the channel there to take similar bridge with skyline pics?

That photo by DavidCapizzano two posts up should be sourced to Google Streetview and dates back to May 2019. Does anyone have an updated pic of this building (Simcoe Hall) as it must be fully scrubbed by now?

The heritage podium and transition to the floors above were very tastefully done from my perspective based on the renderings above. Bit disappointed with their concerns on that. I watched that full 18 minute presentation and it was mesmerizing watching Claude Cormier walk us through the proposed landscape. Really well thought out. I initially thought the Deer elements were a bit cheesy forgetting of course that it is Deer Park. The deer ties in the neighborhood name...

By the way, I don't see those vertical stripes and fins in the renderings such as the one below. I believe the area I highlighted in the red box is approximately the area mburrr and Jeff Morgan captured above in their pics.

True. Many renderings do fool but also a high percentage of Diamante's past projects have proven to be of good quality. (Both The Florian and Domus on either side of this proposal, One Balmoral, Two Roxborough, etc.)
