    Toronto Toronto | Eglinton Line 5: Kipling-Eglinton Station | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Nobody refers to this area as Princess Gardens. The entire stretch from Martin Grove to Royal York is collectively called Richview but for transit station purposes, that moniker will likely go to the Eglinton-Islington stop, as the high school is right at that intersection. Martin Grove Station...

    Earl's King West (595 King St W, ?, 2s, ?)

Is this a brand new location or is the existing location at King-University moving west?

Let's just say Sherway's clientele wouldn't exactly be too receptive to an Asian grocery store opening within the mall. CF knows this.

    Roads: Ontario/GTA Highways Discussion

Commuting to and from this general area, the 401 WB collectors is unavoidable when entering 401 from Mavis, Hurontario, or 410 SB. Perhaps they could add a transfer to the express in between Hurontario and Mavis, but that's doubtful.

    Toronto Toronto | Rogers Centre Renovations | ?m | ?s | Toronto Blue Jays | Populous

This was discussed years ago in this thread, but the belief is if Rogers really wanted to open up the OF areas, they technically could. Old construction photos show enough open space where the hotel currently lies. Whether it's financially worthwhile to do so is another question, especially when...

SkyDome/Rogers Centre: Never what we truly want it to be, but never as bad as we claim it is. And definitely not as bad as Oakland Coliseum or Tropicana Field.

The seating/restaurant area in the RF corner will likely happen in 2024 after rebuilding the entire 100 level. If you look at recent images from March, the wall panels with the Rogers logo in RF are removable. A recent update from yesterday courtesy Blue Jays Twitter. I'm impressed with the...

    Toronto Toronto | Rogers Centre Renovations | ?m | ?s | Toronto Blue Jays | Populous

Apologies for the curt reply yesterday, but the detractors saying the RC is bad just for the sake of saying it's bad, is tiresome. Offer something constructive or substantial. It's not a traditional baseball facility, but objectively, and especially with these current upgrades, the place has...

They could potentially put another bar/social space up there but realistically, if you've ever sat up there, which I did once in late 2015 in the midst of their playoff run, it's akin to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. Add in the logistics of drunk people going up and down to access the space, it's...

That's part of the wall so a ball has to clear that section to be considered a HR. I'd imagine the openings will be covered with mesh/fencing like in every other ballpark.

    Toronto Toronto | Rogers Centre Renovations | ?m | ?s | Toronto Blue Jays | Populous

Not sure the new setup will be exactly like the Rangers' ballpark but details will be released publicly in 2 - 3 weeks according to the rep. The follow up email we received mentioned it as a possible example of what can be expected, so it may be similar. Some additional details I forgot to...

    Toronto Toronto | Rogers Centre Renovations | ?m | ?s | Toronto Blue Jays | Populous

My company had a call with the Jays premium ticket sales last week as we purchased a private box last season. The purpose of the discussion was to gauge interest for the new 100 level premium suites that will open for the 2024 season. Key highlights from the discussion: - $150 million of the...

He's referring to the orientation of the seating. Obviously there were no changes to the 200 level except in the OF areas. 200 level seating is more oriented towards the diamond relative to 100 level seating, especially down the foul lines, which faces the outfield.

The old OF fencing was still fairly tall but the new layout adds a bit more variety and asymmetry. My guess is we'll see more doubles and triples with balls off the wall, which likely motivated the team to shore up its OF defense. As for Scotiabank, really don't understand the thinking behind...

You can see different angles of the 100 level in some renderings from last year. These are obviously just renderings but the new 100 level is guaranteed to have a traditional, diamond facing orientation. They'll likely ensure the seating bowl and actual seats are completed before Opening Day...

I've sat up there and you can definitely see what's happening on the field, unless you're legally blind or something. To your point, people have been buying cheap baseball tickets and getting wasted at the venue for the better part of a century. The new fan decks just add to the gameday...
