How long does it approximately take them to completely one floor?

Is the building actually going to be that bright? Or it’s just highlighted for renderings, I can’t see anything that can cause such light on existing facade, or it’s going to be done later?

Yeah, It’s more about lower facade, the same as 101 Spadina, I love glass and modern buildings, but we need more like these, they are majestically beautiful :)

I used to live in Europe whole my life, and when I moved here I noticed that it seems like nothing to do here, I was wondering why and realized that there are places to hang out literally in every corner, cute and amusing stores, coffee shops and restaurants everywhere, bunch of shopping malls...

Does it bring any public places to the site, like coffee shops/restaurants or just huge boring lobby?
